A wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful villa with exceptional hospitality that made the experienc Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Mango Hill Residence Calisto in Rawai, Phuket. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. I especially loved the private pool and the peaceful atmosphere — it felt like a perfect escape while still being close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the host. They were warm, welcoming, and always available to help with anything I needed, from local recommendations to ensuring everything in the villa was perfect. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. The amenities were excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Rawai is a great area if you want a quieter side of Phuket, and staying at Mango Hill Residence Calisto made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, private getaway in Phuket. Negative: There was very little to dislike. A couple of times there were some mosquitos inside the villa, but this was easy to handle since anti-insect sprays were already provided. Other than that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.

Positive: The landlord was very nice and actively communicated with us before and after our arrival. Because our flight arrived very early, he let us check in earlier, and he also gave me an early check-out when we left. The landlord was really enthusiastic and received us in person. The landlord also provided other services, such as renting motorcycles, etc. Finally, I would like to say that I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

Excellent villa packed with all the needs for comfortable stay Positive: Staff is ready to help at any time with any issue. The host is Beau, she helped us with both transfers to and from the villa (fare price), helped with an issue with one of the ACs. Large pool, place to chill near the pool with a canopy. 4 bedrooms with own bathroom (1 master bedroom with a bath tube). All the rooms are packed with an AC (2 pcs in dining room). Direct access to the pool from all the rooms (except 1 bedroom). Outside and inside parking available. Big TV sets in all bedrooms and dining room. Lots of tableware and kitchen tools. 5 min on bike/car to 7/11, lotus and all you need, 10 min to Nai Harn.
